Comes tied with string on a recycled cardboard presentation plaque. Measures 50 x 70cm, machine wash at 30 degrees. Style with the matching oven gloves and trivets.

All Raine and Humble textiles are made in their own factory in India by third generation cotton producers. Everything is ethically produced using traditional dying methods and innovative weaving and washing methods to give different textures. All employees are paid fair wages and work in ideal working conditions with no child employment. You also have the option to pay for your order on collection.
Pick up orders are usually processed the same day providing we are open and the items are in stock. Select items are shipped direct from our supplier which is mentioned in the above description.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind:
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, if you are not happy with an item you have purchased on our website we do give customers the option to return 'select items' for an exchange or refund.
Just contact us regarding the return item within the first 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all the original packaging intact. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us by arranging your own shipping or we can assist with our services. Any shipping costs for change of mind are at the customers expense and are not refundable.
Returns will only be accepted and refunded when the item has arrived at our address in an unused condition with all the original packaging intact.

In the rare event you receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund.
All of our products are covered by the manufactures warranty provided they have been used for the purpose intended for and the care instructions were followed. You must contact us immediately upon discovering the fault at email@example.com or phone (04) 528 3004.
When we receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5-15 working days. You will need to provide us with your invoice number or billing details for proof of purchase.

When returning an item you will be responsible for paying and organizing your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. With faulty items that we are repairing, replacing or refunding, the cost of return shipping will be refunded.
