1.1      Completing an application for membership to our loyalty program is deemed acceptance by you of these terms, as amended by Avison's Home & Giftware Ltd from time to time.

1.2      Applications for membership may be completed in store or on our website. Failure to provide any information designated as mandatory will mean you will be ineligible for membership. All information provided must be true and correct. You agree to keep your details up to date at all times by advising a staff member in store.

1.3      Members without an up to date email address will not be eligible for all benefits and rewards. It is the member's responsibility to keep the recorded email address current.

1.4      To receive rewards in store you need to notify our staff when making a purchase that you are a member of our loyalty program. Our staff will ask you for your name, email or phone number to find your account in the system.

2.1      Whenever you purchase products from our store and the spend value equals or exceeds the minimum spend level for those products, you will collect points based on the amount spent.

2.2      The amount of spend required per point and the products on which points can be earned may vary from time to time. You should refer to our website or check with a staff member for an up-to-date list of qualifying products / services and the level of spend required per Rewards Dollar.

2.3     Loyalty points are awarded/allocated for every $1 you spend on products and services in our physical store. However, selected products and services are exempt including but not limited to; Discounted/Sale Items, Books, Food Products, Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.

2.4      Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.5   If, in accordance with the Avison's Home & Giftware returns policy, you return a product on which you have earned loyalty points, the points will be returned to your balance.

3.1      Loyalty points are credited to your membership and can only be redeemed when you reach the required amount for the rewards on offer. Loyalty points cannot be sold and cannot be transferred to another person.

3.2      When rewards like discounts and vouchers are redeemed, loyalty points will not be earned on the sale.

3.3      Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.

3.4      You can redeem your loyalty points in store and online.

3.5     The loyalty points themselves don't expire however, all customer points will be reset if they don't earn or redeem points on their account over a 12 month period.

Our loyalty program may be terminated at any time without notice to members. In the event that the program is terminated, Avison's Home & Giftware Ltd reserves the right to cancel all loyalty points.

Avison's Home & Giftware Ltd may revoke a membership at any time without notice and for any reason (including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of the account or behavior which, in the view of Avison's Home & Giftware Ltd, is not acceptable). In the event that a membership is revoked, all accrued loyalty points will expire from the date of revocation and the person will have no further entitlement in respect of the Avison's loyalty program.
