Shipping Information
All our standard orders are sent using NZ Post and are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Usually the delivery time frame for North Island orders is the next working day and South Island orders within 2 working days. Rural addresses may take a little longer so please allow an additional 1-2 working days.
Christmas Cut-off Dates
If you are sending or receiving gifts from us this year, give them the best chance of arriving in time by sending before our recommended cut-off dates.
Wellington Region - Friday 19th December 2025
North Island - Thursday 18th December 2025
South Island - Wednesday 17th December 2025
If you are based in Wellington, our click and collect service is available right up till 2pm on Christmas Eve.

Wellington Region $7.00 (plus $4.00 for a Rural Address)
North Island $9.00 (plus $6.00 for a Rural Address)
South Island $15.00 (plus $7.00 for a Rural Address)
Please note that we may contact you for an extra delivery charge if you do not select the correct shipping option.
Shipping Oversized Items
Some items can only be delivered using specialist shipping companies to ensure safe transportation. If applicable this is mentioned in the product description.
Delivery rates for large items are as follows:
Wellington Region $20
North Island $45
South Island $65
Delivery times for large items will vary from 2-5 working days depending on your location.
Shipping From Suppliers
Select items are sent direct from our suppliers and this is mentioned in the product description as shown below.
The shipping time is usually between 5 -10 working days however, it can vary subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Sometimes these products are sold out before the order is processed and if so we will refund you.
Pre-Order Stock
Select items are listed on our website for 'Pre-order' which means we are taking orders for the item before they arrive in store. These items are processed and sent to the customer when they arrive in store of which the expected due date is mentioned in the item description (this is only an approximate time and can vary due to shipping delays and availability of stock).
